Our chicken sausage is sold in rope casings. It is fresh, frozen in pound packages. Our chicken sausage can be found for sale at the Bel Air Farmer's Market and David's Natural Market in Forest Hill.

Apple -- A mild, delightful combination. Fresh Granny Smith apples complement the natural chicken flavor. It makes a great breakfast sausage, but is enjoyable with any meal.

Buffalo Chicken with Blue Cheese – For the wing lover in all of you. A spicy wing flavor with chunks of blue cheese.

Chorizo - Spicy Spanish-Style sausage. Enjoy it grilled or as a flavorful addition to paella, jambalaya, etc. We also like it sliced as a hot or cold hors d’ouevre.

Feta Cheese and Fresh Spinach - A Blend of Greek Favorites. Serve it straight off the grill, or as some of our customers suggest: use it in stuffed mushrooms and other recipes calling for sausage.
